We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your request. Upon receiving your confirmation, we will work on your project immediately.
+ How soon can I see my samples?
It takes about 5 working days for your samples to be presented to you. However, it usually takes less than 5 days for us to complete your samples. As for Website design, it takes 10 working days or more depending on the number of webpages requested.
+ How do you show me my samples?
We will send you the samples via email for you to review.
+ How many revisions are allowed for my logo?
We provide unlimited revisions for your logo unitl you are 100% satisfied.
+ What if I do not like any of the initial logo concepts?
We usually follow what you have specified in your design brief as closely as possible. We, however, do understand that you might not like the initial logo concepts. Thus, we will send you another set of concepts at no additional cost.
+ What is the difference between a revision and a re-draw?
A revision is referring to the changes made to your logo ideas with regards to color, size, font or building upon the design at hand. Whereas, a re-draw means designing a new set of logo concepts based on the feedback you provide us.
+ Who will get the ownership rights to the logo design?
The client will get the ownership rights to the logo design. However, we will have the rights to display the designs on our portfolio with the client details.
+ What types of file format will I get for the final delivery of the logo?
You will get various types of file format such as .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .EPS and so on. In any case, you may request us to send you those file formats that are not listed here.
+ When do I need to pay you?
You pay AFTER you are satisfied with our samples. Upon receiving your payment, we will send you the final logo design.
+ Which of the payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal and credit cards. Do remember, you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay via credit cards. Paypal provides credit card service too.
